The Role
Our client a well-established law firm in Naples FL is seeking an experienced Trusts &
Estates Paralegal to support their estate and trust administration practice. This is a fully
onsite role working on high-net-worth estate matters Florida probate trust settlement and
related federal transfer tax filings.
What Youll Do
Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distribution
Prepare inventories schedules and accountings using information from multiple
sources
Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-
filing
Assist with preparation of Forms 706 709 and 1041
Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedules
Serve as a liaison between attorneys clients and beneficiary families
Use legal and tax software platforms to organize and streamline filings
Proofread and edit all work for accuracy and compliance
Must-Haves (Required to Submit)
5 years Florida estate and trust administration experience
Hands-on experience with Forms 706 709 and 1041
Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systems
Formal paralegal training (certificate associates degree or equivalent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
