Our Professional Sales Development Program is designed for recent grads and early-career talent who want real-world experience mentorship and a fast track into high-earning sales roles. As our Field Marketing Associate you will build skills in relationship-building retail marketing and customer experiencewhile working directly with one of the largest home improvement retailers in the U.S.

What Youll Do

Youll act as the face of our brand inside partner retail stores helping generate leads support events and build relationships.

In-Store (About 60%)

• Connect with store associates and help them understand our services
• Run in-store events (think pop-ups demo tables mobile showroom events)
• Keep displays and marketing materials organized and on-brand
• Promote seasonal offers and create excitement with customers
• Build relationships with store leadership and team members

Office / Remote Work (About 40%)

• Follow up on customer leads and support the sales pipeline
• Track performance and submit weekly reports
• Help schedule events and plan store visits
• Learn and apply sales processes and best practices
• Collaborate with your team and managers for coaching and development

• Generating customer leads (goal: 1 per store/week)
• Fast response time to customer inquiries
• Turning leads into appointments and proposals
• Supporting strong customer experience scores (90%)

What Were Looking For

• Recent grad or early-career professional (02 years experience)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable talking to new people daily
• Organized proactive and coachable
• Interest in sales marketing or business development
• Willingness to travel locally between store locations
