Job Description/Responsibilities
Shift: MondayFriday 2nd (3:00pm11:00pm) or 3rd (11:00pm7:00am) with flexibility as needed
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll run high-speed bottling operations and directly impact production quality and team performance. Youll lead a frontline team solve real-time challenges and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. Its a strong opportunity to grow your leadership skills while building a high-performing safety-first team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do:
Lead day-to-day bottling line operations to meet production quality and safety goals
Coach train and develop team members while building a strong accountable team culture
Monitor performance identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with maintenance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean organized workspace
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Preferred:
Experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment
Background supervising in a unionized manufacturing setting
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing GMP and HACCP principles with strong planning and organizational skills

The annual salary range for this role is $72808 - $91010. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
