Renamed Barton 1792 Distillery we continue to produce the highest quality spirits for overwe became a part of Sazerac Company which was established in 1850 and is a leading U.S. spirits supplier with the worlds most decorated distillery and a portfolio of award-winning brands.

Required:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred:
Experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment
Background supervising in a unionized manufacturing setting
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing GMP and HACCP principles with strong planning and organizational skills

The annual salary range for this role is $72808 - $91010. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
