Flo streams more than 50000 live events annually across sports including motorsports wrestling hockey track & field cheer jiu-jitsu NCAA Division II and III athletics and more. Were looking for people who are passionate about sports embody accountability collaboration curiosity positivity grit and excellence and are motivated to help grow and elevate the communities we serve.

THE ROLE:

FloSports is hiring a Junior Recruiter to help power our hiring engine. This is a high-impact in-office role where youll own scheduling support recruiting across all teams and run our internship program end-to-end.

If youre highly organized proactive and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter this is your seat at the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own interview scheduling across all departments (high volume fast-paced)

• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer

• Support recruiting across business tech and operations roles

• Build and send offer letters

• Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS)

• Run FloSports internship program end-to-end

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 02 years experience (recruiting coordination or admin)

• Extremely organized detail-oriented

• Strong communicator who follows through

• Proactive resourceful and comfortable owning your work

• Excited to grow into a recruiter
