Immediate opening for a Contract HR Generalist in the Warsaw Indiana area!

Summary Responsible for supporting key HR functions including employee relations recruitment benefits administration performance management training compliance and HRIS processes. This role partners with managers and employees to support a positive workplace culture and ensure effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support
Support recruitment onboarding and new hire orientation processes
Administer benefits programs and assist with open enrollment
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to supervisors
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Maintain accurate HR records reports and HRIS data
Support safety programs workers compensation and return-to-work processes
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors including staffing agencies
Assist with HR projects reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of HR generalist experience
Knowledge of HR practices employment laws and HRIS systems
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
