You will operate with precision and professionalism ensuring the safety of personnel property and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer Response: Act as a first responder to security threats including active shooter scenarios within the clients office Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks cameras access control systems to ensure operational Reporting: Produce detailed timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations including advanced walkthroughs secure transportation and body Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access photography and sensitive areas with professionalism and Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies prioritizing the safety of executives staff and Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective You BringExperience: Executive Protection Emergency Response Teams (ERT) Protective Security Detail (PSD) or Residential Security Teams (RST).Certifications & Credentials:Valid Guard Card & MA CCWU.S. Passport & Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyPhysical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluationBackground Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningSkills & Attributes:Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communicationTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion integrity and professionalismPreferred QualificationsPrior military law enforcement or ERT experienceSpecialized training in crisis management emergency medicine or incident responseLEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permitCPR certificationEMT licenseFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies Tools and ProcessesThis Is More Than a Job.
