WHAT YOULL DO:

In the Systems Support I role you will be responsible for the installation troubleshooting and updating of PC software and hardware as well as managing inventory. Every day you will be seen as a go-to member on the support team to assist members both through a ticketing system and over the phone with troubleshooting and solving their PC problems.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Good understanding of PC hardware software and networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
• Good communication skills with the capacity to interact successfully with a broad user-base.

Compensation: $50000/yr (Depending on Experience)
