Required Skills & Experience
- 37 years in telecom messaging or wireless operations.
- Strong experience with:
- SMS/MMS protocols:SMPPMM7SS7(preferred)Diameter(nice-to-have)
- Messaging platforms (e.g. OpenMarket Syniverse Twilio or similar)
- Knowledge of:
- Routing delivery receipts message encoding (GSM Unicode)
- Carrier connectivity and interworking
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk ELK Grafana).
- Basic scripting skills (Python Bash or similar) for automation.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP firewalls VPNs).
