Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience

37 years in telecom messaging or wireless operations.
Strong experience with:
- SMS/MMS protocols:SMPPMM7SS7(preferred)Diameter(nice-to-have)
- Messaging platforms (e.g. OpenMarket Syniverse Twilio or similar)
Knowledge of:
- Routing delivery receipts message encoding (GSM Unicode)
- Carrier connectivity and interworking
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk ELK Grafana).
Basic scripting skills (Python Bash or similar) for automation.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP firewalls VPNs).
