Position Overview

• Location: Orlando FL (Hybrid - atleast once a week in office)
• Duration: 12 Months (05/25/2026 - 05/24/2027)
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Employment Type: W2 Only

Position Description

This role manages and directs significant long-term projects with business-wide impact. The Project Manager directs a single project team and manages the total project scope from conception to final completion.

The role involves managing necessary resources and administration both within and outside the organization. Typically this position reports to a Project Director Executive or Director.

Incumbents are hired for a temporary position or work assignment and this title is used only for the duration of the project.

These projects support the implementation of the customer experience strategic roadmap and include the execution of several AI initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal facilitation and presentation capabilities

Experience Required

• Experience in project management
• Experience with relevant technologies including AI implementation
• Experience in assigned project areas
• Change management experience is preferred but not required

Education Required

• Bachelors degree preferred

Additional Information

Hybrid role. The candidate will be expected to go to the office when requested and at least once per week.
