Hotel Housekeeper

Join our team at Hampton InnOgallala as a Housekeeper / Public Area this role you will help maintain a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the hotel. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms public areas and restrooms following hotel standards and procedures.
• Vacuum carpets dust furniture clean windows and replenish supplies in public spaces.
• Report any damaged equipment or repairs needed to the maintenance team promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is necessary.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and properly.
• Assist guests with inquiries politely and professionally reflecting the Hampton Inn brand.
• Follow all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking bending and lifting.
• Good communication skills and a friendly guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable trustworthy and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
