SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Cleaning Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning personnel to aircraft cleaning assignments. This role involves efficiently scheduling and prioritizing cleaning tasks ensuring compliance with aviation cleanliness and safety standards and communicating with cleaning staff and airline representatives. You will play an important role in managing cleaning operations to meet tight turnaround times between flights and maintain a high level of cleanliness within aircraft cabins. Additionally you may assist in resolving operational challenges and provide support to cleaning teams to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.â

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to various locations within the airportââ
• Manage and monitor the cleaning schedule ensuring timely completion of tasksââ
• Communicate effectively with cleaning teams to relay instructions and updatesââ
• Respond to cleaning requests and emergencies from airport staffâââ
• Keep track of crew locations and progress using relevant software systemsââ
• Prioritize cleaning tasks based on urgency and importanceââ
• Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to airport safety and security regulationsââ
• Collaborate with other airport departments for coordinated cleaning effortsââ
• Maintain a log of cleaning activities and incidents for record-keepingââ
• Provide support and information to cleaning staff regarding airport layout and restricted areasââ
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cleaning schedules and crew deploymentsââ
• Monitor and report on supply usage recommending reorder when necessaryââ
• Assist in training new dispatch staff on procedures and systemsââ
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on cleaning operations for management reviewââ
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning services and dispatch proceduresââ

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
• 2 years of customer service experienceââ
• 1 year of cleaning experienceâ
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including theuseofelectronic devices includingIPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
