The Enterprise Account Manager owns post-sale growth and retention driving expansion and renewals within complex accounts by embedding Mosai as a strategic platform.

Job Duties:

• Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Enterprise accounts
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans and growth strategy
• Maintain and expand executive relationships
• Identify and drive large-scale expansion opportunities by proactively prospecting within existing Mosai accounts
• Lead value-based renewals and negotiations
• Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
• Coordinate with Clinical Services and other internal roles to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
• All other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-10 years in account management or sales in SaaS healthcare technology or related industries
• Experience managing high-volume account portfolios
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
• Strong financial and value-based selling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Consistent quota attainment

Work Environment

• This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
• Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.
