Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in the success of Streibs commercial electrical projects by supporting the field and office teams in all aspects of planning coordination and execution. Youll help manage schedules procurement documentation and job costs; building the skills needed to advance toward a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities across field and office teams
• Assist in developing and updating construction schedules and timelines
• Support procurement of materials tools and subcontractor services
• Collaborate with clients vendors and inspectors to ensure smooth communication
• Manage and organize documentation including submittals RFIs and change orders
• Assist with tracking job costs preparing billing materials and handling closeout tasks
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in project engineering coordination or construction support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Clear and confident communicator with both field and office teams
• Familiarity with construction drawings schedules and specifications
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-moving environment
• Background in electrical or construction trades is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Bluebeam Procore or similar project tools

Work Schedule

Full-time MondayFriday
May require occasional flexibility depending on project deadlines
