Position Summary

The Transaction Audit Clerk performs Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete. Associate will be working on-site at customers office in Rancho Cucamonga

Responsibilities

• Data Entry

• Image documents for electronic filing

• Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors

Additional Notes:

• California Department of Motor Vehicles Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program approval is required. BPA Application Documents and Livescan fingerprinting are needed to obtain approval.

Qualifications

• A high level of attention to detail and results driven

• Strong analytical skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service/focus

• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check

• High school diploma

• Strong data entry skills specifically in Windows and IOS environments

• Ability to identify document track and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution

• Problem solving ability

• Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors including but not limited to skills experience certifications and work location.
