Since 1991 Spring Footwear has delivered comfort style and quality to customers worldwide. We are excited to expand Spring Step Shoes to West Palm Beach and are looking for an Assistant Store Managerto help lead our retail location.

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role helps manage staff merchandising and store execution while maintaining Spring Step brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and team leadership
• Drive sales performance and customer engagement
• Coach train and develop store associates
• Assist with recruiting and retaining top talent
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
• Support inventory management and loss prevention
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent

Qualifications

• 1 year retail leadership experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems and retail operations
• Ability to lead motivate and coach a team
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladder when needed
