Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic employee for a part-time Receptionist position working alternating weekends and some weekdays. The position is 18-22 hours a week over 3-4 days. As the Receptionist you will have the opportunity to positively impact our overall customer experience every day serving as the representative of our dealerships first impression. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Process customer payments (cash check and credit card) accurately
• Generate receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
• Reconcile daily transactions at the end of each shift
• Address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check MVR and drug test)
