This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to move inventory quickly while maintaining a low days supply develop people and maximize profitability without excuses.

Responsibilities

• Grow our vehicle acquisitions alongside our Acquisition Manager
• Owning the performance of the used car department from acquisition to sale
• Recruiting training and developing a high-performing sales team
• Managing multiple deals simultaneously with precision and urgency
• Desking deals in CDK with strong structure and profitability focus
• Maintaining aggressive inventory turn while protecting gross
• Driving a culture of accountability energy and execution
• Conducting daily lot walks and monitoring inventory to ensure it is always standing tall
• Daily involvement in sales associates leads including following up on previous days business missed deals and appointments; all efforts are logged and reviewed daily
