This is a Temp Position

The Fiscal Operations Coordinator will support the Budget and Finance team in various administrative and financial tasks aiding with budget preparation fund reconciliation. This position is ideal for a motivated detail-oriented professional seeking hands-on experience in budgeting finance and higher education administration. The role will offer valuable experience to financial processes in a university setting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Related Field or Equivalent Experience. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
• Experience with Banner

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

• Valid OK Drivers License.

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) with a strong focus on Excel. Experience with Banner. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Critical thinking skills necessary to analyze problems and formulate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters
  • Masters Degree in Accounting Business Financing or Related Field.

• Higher Education experience.
