Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
The HR Data Scientist & Continuous Improvement Manager partners with HR leaders to identify opportunities solve workforce challenges and deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics. The position also leads and prioritizes a portfolio of analytics and data infrastructure initiatives and manages a team of data scientists. This role requires advanced analytics and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable data products and repeatable analysis pipelines; improve data
quality governance and documentation. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline HR analytics processes reduce cycle time and improve accuracy and stakeholder experience.
- Create clear leader-ready narratives dashboards and visualizations that connect insights to business actions and outcomes.
- Manage intake and prioritization of ad-hoc requests and strategic projects; set timelines allocate resources and track delivery.
- Coach and develop a team of data scientists
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in data science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics data science or quantitative consulting including delivering insights to senior leaders.
- 3 years of people leadership experience
- Experience in People Analytics HR analytics or workforce planning within a large/complex organization.
- Experience and understanding of Workday
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and modeling
