Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in emergency care and the ability to respond quickly to critical and high-acuity patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute conditions
- Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity
- Administer medications and treatments in high-pressure situations
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Patient Population
- Adult and Pediatric Emergency patients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of recent ER experience
- Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in specialty prior to travel assignments (required)
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State) required at submission
- BLS (AHA or equivalent) Required
- ACLS Required
- PALS Required
Preferred Qualifications
- TNCC Certification Preferred
