The Project Coordinator I provides administrative and coordination support to program clinical and leadership staff at the Indian Health Service (IHS) Fort Belknap Service Unit to promote smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of assigned tasks. Perform other related administrative and coordination duties within the scope of the position as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of administrative office support project support or coordination experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks maintain records and meet deadlines. Proficiency in standard office software including Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel Outlook and Teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work professionally with staff leadership patients and external partners as appropriate. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently with general direction and coordinate effectively with others. Core Competencies:Strong organizational and time-management to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary healthcare -solving and critical-thinking attention to detail and accuracy in data competence and sensitivity when working with American Indian and Alaska Native and Work Direction:The Project Coordinator I will work under the direction of the Service Unit Supervisor or designee.
