About Applied Intuition

We are an in-office company and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

About the role

At Applied Intuition you will:

• Manage operational readiness vehicle integration and test execution for SDS-powered ADAS programs with OEM partners.
• Establish workflows for real-world testing data collection and system performance monitoring ensuring high-quality feedback loops to engineering.
• Work directly with OEMs Tier-1 suppliers and Applieds engineering teams to align program milestones with safe and efficient operational execution.
• Implement safety protocols and testing best practices that meet both regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Develop repeatable global frameworks for ADAS operations that can be adapted across regions and vehicle platforms.

Were looking for someone who has:

• Hands-on experience leading on-road ADAS or autonomy testing programs ideally involving OEM or Tier-1 partnerships.
• Proven ability to launch scale and manage complex technical operations across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of ADAS features and the workflows required to validate and deploy them.
• Strong communicator who can bridge between technical operational and business stakeholders to drive program success.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining safety processes in high-stakes operational environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with end-to-end neural network ADAS architectures or next-gen autonomy stacks.
• Background working directly with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers on ADAS development or deployment.
• Familiarity with simulation and validation tools for ADAS/AV testing.
• Knowledge of functional safety and regulatory standards.
• Exposure to scaling ADAS programs across global test sites or vehicle platforms.

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary equity and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units comprehensive health dental vision life and disability insurance coverage 401k retirement benefits with employer match learning and wellness stipends and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience credentials & certifications educational attainment skill level requirements interview performance and the level and scope of the position.

Please reference the job postings subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $158000 - $185000 USD annually.
