Job Summary

Responsible for assessing patients referred by physicians to assure patients are appropriate. Assesses medical history surgical and anesthesia history medications and determines if any pretreatment or additional medical clearance is needed prior to procedure. Provides patient education as needed for procedure and medication management. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission values and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:
Department: Endoscopy
Position: Part-Time PAT
Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred.
Preferred Education: BSN.
Preferred Licensure: State license.
Preferred Experience: 2 years with Optime scheduling.
