Currently we have an opening for Engineering Assistant. This position will serve as support in the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
Job Description:
- Work closely with Chief Engineer Assistant Engineer and IT Manager in installing maintaining and documenting the IT network: Ex. workstations servers switches wireless data and printers.
- Repairs and help maintain station building infrastructures.
- Assists in maintaining station vehicle fleet.
- Communicate and help coordinate equipment maintenance end-user troubleshooting and training with vendors/contractors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree inElectronics Communications or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience preferred.
- Fluency in English; effective communication both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work extended hours as needed.
- Physical ability to move items weighing up to fifty pounds.
