Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise adaptability and the ability to manage high-acuity patients in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care for a wide range of acute and critical conditions
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications and treatments in high-pressure situations
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
Patient Population
- Adult and Pediatric Emergency patients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of recent Emergency Department (ED) experience
- Minimum 18 months of permanent ED experience prior to travel assignments
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact State) required at submission
- BLS (AHA or equivalent) Required
- ACLS Required
- PALS Required
- TNCC Certification Required
- EPIC experience Required
