POSITION SUMMARY:The Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare feeforservice patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed. The Annual Wellness Nurse carries out all duties in alignment with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg & EXPERIENCE:Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program requiredCurrent MS state licensure requiredCPR ACLS and IV certifications preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyKnowledge of EMR medical management and policies and proceduresWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
