You understand the nuances of residential environments and can adapt to dynamic family routines and estate MissionPerimeter Security & Access Control: Monitor and secure property boundaries gates and entry points. Vet and manage access for visitors contractors and & Monitoring: Operate and monitor residential security systems including CCTV motion sensors and alarm Response: Act as first responder to medical emergencies intrusions fire alarms and other incidents within the Patrols & Area Sweeps: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of the property ensuring all zones are secure and free of & Staff Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with household members and staff.
