Overview: We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established neurosurgery team in Renton WA. This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of neurosurgeons in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the evaluation diagnosis and treatment of patients with neurosurgical conditions
Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments
First-assist in the operating room as needed
Manage inpatient and outpatient follow-ups
Collaborate closely with the neurosurgery team nursing staff and other departments to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in neurosurgery or a related surgical specialty preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
