The Account Manager owns a high-volume portfolio and is responsible for renewals retention and expansion through efficient repeatable motions.

Job Duties:

• Manage renewals and expansion across portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Business or SMB accounts
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across Mosai solutions
• Proactively prospect and build pipeline within existing Mosai accounts
• Monitor adoption and identify risk and expansion signals
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline
• Develop and execute account plans and growth strategy
• Maintain and expand executive relationships
• Partner closely with Customer Success to align on value and adoption
• Coordinate with internal roles as needed
• All other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-7 years in account management or sales in SaaS healthcare technology or related industries
• Experience managing high-volume account portfolios
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience selling into home-based healthcare the broader healthcare industry or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
• Strong financial and value-based selling skills
• Strong communication skills
• Consistent quota attainment

Work Environment

• This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville near Mosais offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
• Travel required to clients conferences and prospects as needed.
