Job Summary
Position Overview
Inabia is lookingfor a COTA to join our team in a Rehabilitation setting. If youre passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team wed love to meet you.
Youll deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals.If you enjoy building rapport and making a difference every day wed love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Support patient progress toward functional goals involving ADLs mobility safety and independence.
- Document treatments patient response and progress accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license/certification required.
- Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 shifts.
