Job Summary

Field Support Analyst

Los Angeles

12 Months

Duties:

  • Candidate will be supporting users within the office building they are working in
  • Work comes in through a ticketing system
  • General desk top support
  • Hardware/software support
  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
  • Responding to tickets
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Front facing customer service
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management

Years of Experience: 5 years

Education

Bachelors degree preferred if no degree they will need 3 years extra experience

Software skills:

MS Intune Ticketing Systems MS Office Suite

Licenses/Certifications:

A certification is not required but a big plus

Must Have Skills:

Good technical skills good customer service

Nice to have skills:

  • Large company work > 10000 end-users
  • Commercial Real Estate Banking or Law firm support work
  • Experience with Apple iOS
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Outlook troubleshooting
  • Adobe creative cloud suite experience
  • Mac experience

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good in high pressure environment
