Job Summary
Job Description:
Downloading newline Risk Analysis template with core risk information for Underwriter review.
Participate in Renewal Analysis review 90 days prior to renewal.
Reviewing the policy Implementation document within 3 days of receipt to make sure it matches the quote.
Sending multiline policies /endorsements to be booked and issued.
Reaching out to brokers and overseas Chubb producing office for both newline and renewal information as needed.
Sending policy copies and premium invoices to brokers as requested.
Helping Underwriting Assistances / Underwriters review and resolve Work Comp criticisms.
Additional tasks as needed.
Competencies/Technical Skills:
Demonstrated strong technical acumen in Property and Casualty lines of business
Ability to adapt to changing business environment
Demonstrate ability to think creatively
Proven time and desk management skills
Strong (verbal and written) communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently show initiative while demonstrating strong collaboration skills in a team environment
Solid organizational and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2-3 years underwriting US property general liability automobile workers compensation and umbrella.
We are looking for a person with a strong business acumen including but not limited to the ability to: interact effectively with internal and external business partners and adapt to a changing market.
