Job Summary
We are seeking a highly Developer and Systems Software Programmer to lead the modernization and enhancement of critical financial and administrative application environments. This role focuses on designing developing and implementing secure system software using the Angular framework and Core while supporting robust DevOps practices.
Work Environment & Schedule
Location: Cayce SC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote). Remote eligibility begins after the first month.
Shift: EST 40 hours per week. Flexible hours may be required for specific project milestones.
Interview Process: One-round virtual interview.

Core Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: As a Developer you will enhance and maintain applications using Angular and Core.

Modernization: Identify technical gaps and performance issues within legacy systems to drive modernization using modern engineering practices.
DevOps & Automation: Maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build testing and deployment. Support production releases and collaborate with infrastructure teams.
System Integration: Develop RESTful API integrations that ensure data integrity across HR and administrative systems. Support reporting needs via Power BI.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit integration and automated testing to ensure software reliability and security compliance.
Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation API guides and coding standards.
Required Technical Skills
3 years of experience as a .NET Developer creating RESTful APIs and backend services using Core.
3 years of experience as a .NET Developer creating RESTful APIs and backend services using Core.
3 years of experience developing modern web applications using PrimeNG TypeScript JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Database Management: 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server (data modeling stored procedures and performance tuning).

DevOps: 3 years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
Testing: 5 years of manual and automated system testing throughout the SDLC.
Compliance: Familiarity with information security standards (NIST HIPAA or CJIS) and data privacy regulations.
Cloud/Collaboration: Experience with Azure and SharePoint platforms.
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
