Job Title: Network Services Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure & SD-WAN -14 yrs Exp)

Location: Austin TX - Hybrid

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations including WAN LAN wireless SD-WAN and network security platforms
Oversee daily operational activities including incident management problem resolution and ensuring high service availability
Act as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams including infrastructure and security functions
Support ongoing and planned initiatives including SD-WAN implementation and optimization
Work with network monitoring and observability tools such as ThousandEyes and AppDynamics
Support security integrations including Secure Workload Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and identity services
Manage vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards policies and regulatory requirements
Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering Data Center Telecom and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Provide status reporting risk identification and mitigation planning to leadership
Maintain documentation of network architecture processes and operational procedures
Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning
Strong leadership experience with ability to provide direction promote teamwork and drive team performance
Experience in administration maintenance and design of Cisco VoIP solutions
Experience managing networking teams in highly complex enterprise environments
Hands-on experience supporting 24x7x365 network voice and video environments
