Job Summary

Company Description Space Payload Processing Optimization pre-launch utilizing robotics & AI.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Payload Integration Engineer located in Lompoc CA. The Payload Integration Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end payload integration including planning execution and oversight of integration processes. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues developing and refining software for system integration and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance. The role also involves documentation testing and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Proficiency in Software Development and Integration tasks
Experience in Systems Engineering and coordinating complex systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Knowledge of payload systems and prior experience in the aerospace sector is a plus
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
