Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/programs ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines budget and quality parameters.
• Coordinate and manage onsite and offshore teams ensuring seamless collaboration communication and productivity across geographies.
• Drive project planning execution tracking and reporting using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
• Ensure strong delivery governance including status reporting milestone tracking and risk management.
• Identify track and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies proactively.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery quality productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business technical and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and expectations.
• Drive quality assurance practices including test automation defect management and CI/CD quality gates.
• Support and promote automation frameworks and engineering best practices (Java Selenium Playwright API testing etc.).
• Contribute to AI and digital transformation initiatives including adoption of GenAI tools for productivity and delivery optimization.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards processes and compliance requirements.
• Mentor and guide project teams to foster a delivery excellence and ownership mindset.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15 years of experience in IT services application development or project/program delivery.
• Strong experience managing onsite offshore delivery models.
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and QA practices including:
  • Java / J2EE
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • Playwright
  • API testing tools
  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab etc.)
• Experience in managing multi-team multi-technology environments.
• Experience in managing Large Managed Services Programs
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience in risk management governance and delivery reporting.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI-based transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
