Business Systems Analyst with P&C

Sacramento CA 95816 Onsite Hybrid Remote can be considered who can travel to client location Occasionally

12 Months Contract to Hire (C2H)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Required Skill

Bachelors degree in information technology Business or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document and model business processes and system workflows using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms.
Proficiency with project and delivery tools including Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as SOX and PCI DSS.
Knowledge or Experience in P&C is required.

Desired Skill

Experience with low code platforms SQL data visualization and reporting tools.
Exposure to cloud native and modern application architectures including microservices containers Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows such as Git Jenkins and CI CD pipelines.
Experience supporting data driven decision making through dashboards and analytics.
Agile or product related certifications such as CSPO PSPO or SAFe are a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly work independently and thrive in a fast paced collaborative environment.
