Toyota of Murfreesboro has a need for Automotive Oil Change Technicians. We have a career program for technicians regardless of experience level. We are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced environment. As an oil change technician you will perform basic services on vehicles and thorough multi-point inspections. This position is intended to be a starting point for your career in the Automotive Industry. We provide training for your position and a pathway to becoming a fully certified Toyota Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic maintenance needs (oil changes tire rotations filters batteries wipers) according to the repair order for each vehicle
• Work in a high efficiency two-person team
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first
• Presents a friendly professional greeting to customers and helps identify confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns
• Ensures the customers needs are understood and met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience is preferred
• Communication skills communicates effectively with others
• Time management managing ones own time and time of others
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to life 50lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Good reading computer and mathematics skills
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Personal and professional integrity

• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
