Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospitallocated in northwest Iowa employing over 500 employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers if accepted are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients before and after procedures
- Participates in the delivery of patient care services by providing direct and indirect care under the supervision of licensed personnel.
- Must be a caring communicator flexible able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems.
Requirements:
- CNA certification
- Nurse aide registry eligible
- BLS (may obtain on-site after employment at no cost to employee)
Schedule:
- 72 hours a pay period.
- Variable 8 & 10 hour dav/evening shifts starting at 5:30a and 6:30a
- No weekends or holidays
- The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
