We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality perioperative patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians and the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes throughout the surgical process.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process (assessment planning implementation evaluation)
Assist physicians during surgical procedures and ensure proper sterile techniques
Prepare operating rooms instruments and equipment prior to procedures
Monitor patient status before during and after surgery
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care
Ensure compliance with safety infection control and hospital protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
