We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a rotational program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across three core HR functions: HR Operations Compensation and Benefits. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals contribute to meaningful projects and develop a broad understanding of HR practices in a dynamic and data-driven environment.

In this internship you will...

Rotate across functional areas to work on projects such as:
Participate in process improvement initiatives and HR systems projects.
Assist with HR data management reporting and documentation.
Brainstorm optimization efforts to improve user experience in key HR systems.
Help with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
Assist in benefits administration including audits reporting and communications.

Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Interest in HR systems data and process optimization.

Internship Structure:
Onsite position based out of our Kansas City Missouri office
10 Week Program
40 hours a week between 8am-5pm CST
Location: Kansas City MO

Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency. Adherence to this schedule is essential to fulfilling the expectations of the role.
