Overview
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Allisons finance department. The Sr. analyst will have experience in financial reporting & analysis ideally in an agency setting which includes management reporting income statement analysis revenue/expense forecasting. Essential qualities include being detail oriented organized and strong ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze revenue and expenses for multiple offices perform detailed analysis of results versus forecasted/budgeted expectations and provide insightful commentary to management.
- Assist with completion of annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting processes.
- Assist with monthly revenue recognition process to ensure accuracy of scope inclusion categorization accrual of direct costs as well as view of reaching forecasted revenue prior to close.
- Maintain financial reporting files that support day-to-day management of revenue and expenses.
- Ability to complete monthly reporting which includes utilization analysis overserving analysis and detailed variances analysis accurately and timely for distribution to senior leadership.
- Work closely with client facing team and accounting team throughout the month to ensure proper sharing of information across groups.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role in an agency environment.
- Understanding of internal controls and operational application and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Strong interpersonal writing and communications skills.
- Flexibility and managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail imperative.
- Ability to adhere to deliverables calendar throughout the month.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with PowerPoint as a plus.
- Experience with Maconomy and OneStream a plus.

Compensation
In order tocomply withequal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is$75K-$120K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and location.
