Knowledge of Halal standards Islamic dietary laws and certification processes.
Experience in food production quality assurance or food safety audits.
Strong analytical observational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and training sessions.
Attention to detail organization and the ability to prepare detailed audit reports.
Familiarity with international Halal certification standards such as JAKIM MUI or MUIS is preferred.
Proficiency in English
Ability to travel locally and internationally to conduct on-site inspections and audits.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Halal Technical Auditor located in USA. The Halal Technical Auditor will conduct Halal compliance audits across food production and processing facilities to ensure adherence to Halal standards. Responsibilities include evaluating raw materials and processes developing detailed audit reports and collaborating with production teams to provide expertise on Halal standards. The role also involves educating clients on Halal requirements and supporting continuous improvement of procedures in alignment with Islamic dietary principles.
Qualifications
We are currently looking for auditors based in the United States to collaborate with us on a need-to-basis (project-based) engagement.
