How Youll Create Possibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Materials Management team across multiple shifts
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service cost and inventory performance
• Partner with Product Management and Sales to align inventory strategies with business goals
• Optimize inventory levels improve turns and reduce working capital through strategic planning
• Implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across materials processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations ERP and Lean teams to improve accuracy and flow
• Oversee inventory controls including ABC classification safety stock and EOQ modeling
• Lead inventory reduction initiatives and ongoing working capital reviews
• Champion best practices and share learnings across the broader organization
• Ensure compliance with systems tools and reporting requirements

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business supply chain engineering or other relevant fields.
• 10 years experience working within a manufacturing environment including prior experience leading work teams.

Preferred:

• 5 years materials management experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven systems experience and capabilities including MRP/ERP systems and MS Word/Excel
• Strong planning and forecasting abilities including experience with production control master scheduling and Lean initiatives.
• Skilled in systematic problem-solving and data analysis.
• Drive factory flow initiatives removing waste from the production line and reducing total cost/unit
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills able to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven change management experience and successful implementation of new processes.
• Knowledge and application of WCM(World Class Manufacturing) LCS (Logistics & Customer Service) methodology a plus
• Customer-focused energetic and proactive in addressing issues.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
• Experience in supplier management and project execution.
• Up to date with technology and developments in supply chain management.

• APICS and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
  

Work Environment:

• Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
