Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Medical-Surgical unit. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care including assessment treatment and coordination in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- Minimum experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
