Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure adherence to all clinical and safety protocols
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
Minimum experience in Medical-Surgical nursing required
