Job Summary

Wage ComplianceCoordinator

TheWage Compliance Coordinatorsupportspayroll processing and certified payroll compliance activities for assigned projects. This role focuses on supporting transactional payroll processing prevailing wage data entry and preparation of Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) under established procedures and supervision.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review timecards wage rates and craft classifications for accuracy.
  • Prepare andsubmitCertified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for review.
  • Research prevailing wage determinations for assigned projects.
  • Assistwith weekly payroll processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain payroll documentation for audit readiness.
  • Provide support to higher level coordinators.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2 years of payrolllaborcompliance or related experience.
  • Exposure toprevailing wage or construction payroll preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll or compliance systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • LCP tracker experience is preferred.
