Were a non-medical home care agency looking for a compassionate and professional RN to join our team on a part-time as-needed basis.

In this role youll combine your clinical expertise with your people skills developing care plans supporting caregivers and representing our company with warmth and professionalism during client visits.

What Youll Do:

Meet new clients in their homes to complete initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Reassess and update care plans every 3 months or as needed
Train newly hired caregivers and ensure they understand client needs and agency standards
Serve as a positive representative of our company during client visits building trust and showcasing the quality of our care

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (in good standing)
Must reside in or near Mooresville or Huntersville NC
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Friendly outgoing and professional demeanor comfortable communicating with clients and families
Strong organizational and documentation skills
