Tasks

Your challenge:

The Partnership Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies that optimize relationships with external sales channels or partners. This role involves supporting current partners identifying new strategic partners overseeing partner enablement programs and ensuring alignment with company sales goals. The role requires a mix of business development relationship management and strategic planning to scale sales through partnerships worldwide.

What Youll Do:

Channel Strategy & Development:

  • Execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to grow revenue through indirect sales partners.
  • Identify recruit and onboard new high-value partners.
  • Execute partnership program incentives certifications performance metrics and co-marketing and co-selling initiatives to maximize partner engagement.
  • Ensure alignment between direct and indirect sales teams to prevent channel conflict.

Partner Enablement & Performance:

  • Oversee partner onboarding training programs and sales support to ensure partners effectively sell and support the companys solutions.
  • Provide sales tools marketing materials and technical support to enable partner success.
  • Work closely with internal sales marketing and product teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess partner performance and set future goals.
  • Ensure partners comply with company policies pricing models and contractual obligations.
  • Manage partner escalations and resolve conflicts when necessary.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners to ensure ongoing engagement and performance.
  • Act as the point of contact for partners ensuring alignment on business objectives.

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated track record with over 3 years of experience in international partnership development
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish other languages (French and Italian) would be highly valued
  • Experience in selling SaaS would be highly valued.
  • Feel passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a critical thinker and you have exceptional hunting and farming skills.
  • Are motivated by challenges and persevere in pursuing opportunities.
  • Are extremely organized able to prioritize results-oriented and have business acumen.
  • Have strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM would be highly valued.
