Job Summary

Do you want to play a key role in keeping payment services safe compliant and trustworthy while guiding customers with professionalism and care Then this is the role for you!

As an Advisor you are the link between our customers and the compliance process. You ensure that customer documentation is correct complete and meets regulatory this position you combine precision with customer focus. You actively support regulatory duediligence procedures by contacting customers requesting documentation and clarifying any uncertainties.

This role requires professionalism proactive communication and a strong eye for detail. You will guide customers through sensitive documentation processes with clarity and empathy.

Tasks

  • Conduct outbound calls to clarify or request customer documentation.
  • Guide customers through submission and verification procedures with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues.
  • Provide feedback on recurring challenges and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English (native or near-native level).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments or documentation processes is a plus.
  • Commercial insights and ability to convince customers and key stakeholders about the necessity of keeping documentation up to date.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
  • Experience with compliance or documentation processes is a plus.
