MISSION
The Stock Keeper is responsible for the maintenance of an optimal level of inventory ensuring a continuous supply to meet the sales plan and achieve sales objectives monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments. The Stock Keeper takes care of goods receipt restocking and warehouse reordering in an environment of retail excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer a warm welcome to the clients making everyone feel part of Global Golden Community.
Overseeing weekly arrivals of merchandise managing the packaging of items for customer shipments and returns conducting regular stock checks and overseeing monthly sample inventory checks and overall inventory management.
Collaborate with colleagues contributing to creating a positive work environment and fostering collaboration based on communication and information sharing.
Collaborate with the team in sales pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and in general in all activities relating to the store
Passionately convey the brands vision and heritage to clients representing its values authentically.
Gain a deep understanding of GG iconic products/elements and share the companys visions and projects to clients with passion
Actively contribute to the overall store presentation maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brands image and standards.
Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing inventory management and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App Sales Force Xstore Stealth).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Spanish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
Good customers focus with strong presentation interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective time management prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Strong team player.
